The fishing has been really good this year, in terms of rockfish (striped bass) even with the past couple of weeks of hot weather we have been managing some nice fish for this time of year. Just this past week we had some surprising fluke action ranging from 15" to 18". So while many boats and anglers go up the bay or up the Potomac River past the 301 bridge, there is plenty of good action right here. I do read some of these fishing reports that are posted... I would disagree with the consistency of speckle trout (sea trout) in this area, at least from my standpoint, I have fished almost everyday since the end of March, and to this day have caught 3, take it for what it's worth.
September and October will be here soon, and we start filling up fast by mid August, so now is the time to pick a date and book a charter for the fall, if you are interested.
As always we are very grateful for all our customers and clients that choose us. Tight lines!
Kind regards - Adam
